Node Points record contribution recognized through active Node Rewards programs. They provide a way to account for eligible Execution Node participation over time while keeping reward accounting separate from the execution lifecycle itself.

HOW IT WORKS
Activation enables participation. Contribution creates reward eligibility.
A Free Execution Node must first be activated and available for network participation. When node activity satisfies the conditions of an active Node Rewards program, verified contribution can be recognized through Node Points.
